The Murray Premises Hotel’s Clean and Safe program has introduced a new standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfection to ensure you enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay! Our Clean and Safe program builds upon already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene, including but not limited to:
Masks and Other Protective Equipment
- Counter shields have been installed at the front desk.
- Since re-opening on June 12th, masks have been worn by all hotel staff. As of August 24th, all guests are required to wear a non-medical mask or a face covering while in all common areas of the hotel including: lobby, front desk area, hallways, elevators, public washrooms, guest lounge and business center. If you are exempt from wearing non-medical masks, please wear a face shield in lieu of non-medical mask/face covering. If you are unable to adhere to the above restrictions we will unfortunately be unable to guarantee your reservation. Disposable masks are available for guests at the front desk upon request.
Increased cleaning of public areas and frequently-touched surfaces such as lobby, elevator buttons, door handles, public washrooms, etc.
You’ll notice floor decals in the lobby to help adhere to the recommended 6 feet of distance. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and staff and maintain 6 feet of distance at all times.
